OneForce Care started with a simple frustration: great providers were losing hours to spreadsheets and disconnected tools instead of spending them on people.

Disability and aged-care providers do some of the most important work there is, and far too much of their week disappears into rostering puzzles, paper timesheets, chased-up referrals and end-of-month claiming marathons.

We built OneForce Care to bring that whole operation onto one platform: intake, scheduling, workforce compliance, a mobile app for support workers, and NDIS claiming, all on the same record. One force, pulling in the same direction.

It's designed and supported here, hosted entirely in Australia, and shaped continuously by the providers who run their days on it.
