Fill every shift with the right worker.

Build the week on a board that understands NDIS supports, SCHADS pay rules, availability and travel. From a single visit to recurring group programs, the roster stays filled, compliant and ready to claim.

See the whole week, three ways

Work the week on a board, drop into a day timeline, or filter a table when volume is high. Shift chips are colour-coded by status so gaps and no-shows stand out.

  • Week board, day timeline and table
  • Direct, intensive and group support
  • Recurring shifts and multi-stop pickups

Travel and mileage, reviewed before you claim

When a worker ends a trip, the route from A to B is captured with distance and time. Review it on the map, approve it, and the mileage flows into the claim.

  • Activity transport plus to/from-participant travel
  • The drive itself, recorded on the phone
  • Review the route, then approve

Workers confirm the shifts you publish

Choose per shift whether publishing simply books the worker, or asks them to accept it first. On a shift that asks, you can see who has answered before the week starts, and a decline unpublishes that slot the moment it lands so you can offer it to someone else.

On the shift, straight from the app

Published shifts land in the worker’s pocket. They clock in with a swipe, log travel and submit a progress note, all feeding the roster live.

  • One-swipe clock in and out
