This policy explains how OneForce Care uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, web platform and Worker App. OneForce Care is operated by Wondertree Studios Pty Ltd (ACN 699 886 498, ABN 82 699 886 498) of Level 10, 387 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

1. Technologies covered
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include browser and device storage used to support website or app functions.
The particular technology may change as browsers, devices and the Service change. This policy focuses on the purpose for which it is used.
2. How we use these technologies
We use the following categories:
- Essential and security. To provide sign-in, account security, service continuity, fraud prevention and other functions necessary for the Service to operate.
- Preferences and functionality. To remember choices, support relevant app and platform features, and improve a user’s experience.
- Measurement. To understand use of our public website and signup journey and assess communications.
The signed-in platform does not use participant or worker information for advertising, remarketing or personalised audience targeting. We do not sell information collected through these technologies.
3. Worker App storage and permissions
The Worker App uses device storage for security, preferences and app functionality. Device permissions are used only where required for a feature and allowed by the device settings.
Permissions can be managed through the device settings. Disabling storage or a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
4. Third-party services
Some functions use service providers or connect to a service selected by a Provider. Those services may use their own storage technologies under their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains relevant disclosures.
5. Your choices
You can control browser storage through browser settings and app permissions through device settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other functions. Blocking measurement storage does not prevent access to the public website.
Marketing messages provide their own unsubscribe controls. Cookie settings do not replace those controls.

We may update this policy if our use of these technologies changes. The updated date shown on this page identifies the current version.
