Your team's whole shift, in their pocket.
Support workers run their whole day from a phone: confirm the shift, clock in, drive, deliver, note and flag, on an app built for the field that keeps working through a dropout and syncs when you reconnect.
Accept the shift before it is theirs
On shifts the office asks them to confirm, a Needs your response section sits above your next shift on the home screen and the Shifts tab carries a count. One slide accepts, another declines, and reminders keep nudging up to the shift start.
- Needs your response, above your next shift
- Slide to accept or slide to decline
- Reminders up to the shift start

Clock in with a single swipe
The day’s shifts, a live on-shift timer, and clock in or out without hunting through menus. Breaks are logged on the same screen, and so is active support on a sleepover shift. On a group run there is no clock-in swipe: the shift starts on the first pickup.
- One-swipe clock in and out
- Breaks logged against the shift

Travel, captured A to B
Start travel for a trip and the drive is recorded as it happens, ready for the mileage claim. Group runs record each pickup as the worker collects it, and on a multi-worker shift the app knows who drove and who rode.
- Activity transport and group pickups
- The drive recorded, not typed in
- Driver or passenger on multi-worker shifts

Built for the field
Two gates you control keep clock-ins honest without getting in a worker’s way: they have to be near where the shift starts, and they cannot start it days early. When a clock-in is refused, the app says why and where to go.
On a group run the fence sits on the first pickup, where the shift actually starts.
