Yes. During early access every feature is free, with no credit card and no lock-in contract. We will give plenty of notice before anything changes.

What happens after early access?
When we introduce pricing it will be simple and fair, and early-access providers will get the best deal. You will get clear notice well ahead of any change, with time to decide what you want to do next. Read the early access terms
Where is our data stored?
In Australia. The platform, its database and your documents are hosted and processed in Sydney, with encryption in transit and at rest. A small number of supporting services, such as email and address lookup, may process limited information overseas; each one is named on our data residency page. See where data lives
Do support workers pay for the mobile app?
No. The mobile app is included for every worker, on iOS and Android, at no cost.
