Is it really free?
Yes. During early access every feature is free, with no credit card and no lock-in contract. We will give plenty of notice before anything changes.
What's the catch?
We ask for your honest feedback. You are helping shape software built for Australian providers, and that input is the only thing we want in return right now.
What happens after early access?
When we introduce pricing it will be simple and fair, and early-access providers will get the best deal. You will never be moved onto a paid plan without clear notice and your say-so.
Where is our data stored?
Entirely in Australia. Every record is hosted and processed on Australian infrastructure, with encryption in transit and at rest.
Do support workers pay for the mobile app?
No. The mobile app is included for every worker, on iOS and Android, at no cost.
