What to look for

A support shift is more than a name on a calendar.

Before it can run, the worker must be available, suitable and compliant. After it runs, the time and travel must be reviewed, paid and claimed correctly.

01

Readiness before publishing

Screening, qualifications, availability and leave should be visible while the roster is being built, not checked afterwards.

02

The real work captured once

Clocked time, travel, notes and incidents should flow from the worker app into review, payroll and claiming.

03

Award context beside the roster

SCHADS classifications, penalties, overtime, sleepovers and travel pay need to stay connected to the shifts that created them.

From worker record to pay run

Keep the weekly workforce loop intact.

OneForce Care links the worker profile to every assignment, captured segment and payroll line, so the office can review the source rather than reconstruct it.

Questions providers ask

Clear answers before you choose.

What should NDIS workforce management software cover?

It should connect worker records, screening and qualifications, availability, rostering, time and attendance, travel, notes, incidents, payroll inputs and operational reporting.

Does OneForce Care calculate SCHADS pay?

OneForce Care builds weekly pay runs from approved shift and travel segments using each worker's SCHADS classification and the applicable rate bands. Providers review warnings and finalise the run before exporting or pushing it to Xero.

Can expired worker compliance block a shift?

Yes. A missing or expired NDIS Worker Screening Check blocks publication. Other qualification, availability and worker-readiness gaps are surfaced while assigning.

Does OneForce Care replace Xero?

No. OneForce Care prepares and reviews the operational pay data, then pushes a finalised pay run to Xero. Xero remains the accounting and payroll destination.
