Getting started
Web + worker app- Request fresh casual availability before existing hours expire, no later than four weeks after rollout.
- Review repeat rosters. Existing occurrences beyond 90 days from rollout have been archived where they have no recorded work or billing records. They have not been permanently deleted, and one-off shifts are retained.
- Let affected workers know about roster changes, create further repeat series when needed and ask workers to update their app.
Availability and leave
Web + worker app- Manage availability, leave and approvals from one dedicated page, with weekly, fortnightly or monthly collection cycles and configurable deadlines.
- Periods are created automatically. Request availability from all or selected casual support workers, starting six weeks before a period begins.
- Review worker notes and revised times, approve submissions in bulk and view approval history.
- Propose changes for workers to accept in the app. Workers can also revise future availability and track their submission status.
- Repeat regular weekday hours for permanent workers, with improved handling of overnight hours, withdrawals and simultaneous edits.
Scheduling and rostering
Web + worker app- Assignments require saved availability covering the full shift, with leave and pending withdrawals included in checks. Copying a shift clears unavailable workers.
- Create repeat series spanning up to 90 calendar days, including the first shift date, with visible progress and a summary of skipped participant conflicts.
- Archive one shift, that shift and future occurrences, or an entire series. Started shifts are protected.
- No-show shifts are protected from office edits and rescheduling. Copy and archive remain available.
- Stronger checks prevent older office edits from removing assignments that have since changed.
- Open breaks close automatically when workers clock out.
Travel and locations
Web + worker app- View recorded travel trails, start and end locations, and approximate addresses.
- Switch between routes matched to roads and original GPS points, with clearer accuracy and confidence indicators.
- Travel reviews default to the participant's recorded MMM classification where no destination classification is saved.
- Improved GPS capture, delayed uploads and recovery of pending travel starts and finishes help preserve trip records.
Participants, agreements and incidents
Web + worker app- Export participant profiles to PDF and record contacts with custom roles.
- Add custom service agreement terms to documents sent for signing.
- Choose whether to share participant goals with workers on individual shifts.
- Improved incident reporting preserves selected participant links, including group incidents.
Worker compliance
Web + worker app- Track NDIS modules as Not Completed, In progress or Completed.
- Workers can view their compliance details and expiry alerts in the app.
- Improved acceptance of issued NDIS and worker-check identifiers in forms and imports.
Worker mobile app
Worker app- Availability requests and notifications open the relevant period or submission.
- Improved recovery of progress-note and incident drafts after restarting the app, with clearer pending and submitted states and better protection for unsent work.
- Improved clock, travel and task updates when connections are slow or interrupted, while retaining saved offline information.
- Separate pickup and attendance controls make group shifts clearer. Workers can remove their own shift-note photos before office review.
- More accurate unread notification counts and clearer upcoming-shift dates.
- One active mobile sign-in per account, with future push notifications directed to the active phone.
- Improved text contrast, keyboard behaviour and layouts for larger text sizes.
Announcements and release history
Web app- View platform announcements and browse previous release notes inside the web app.
- Dismiss announcements individually without affecting other users.
