Web app- Review charges in Ready to bill and Needs attention, with clearer warnings and guidance on what needs correcting.
- Authorised staff can use Confirm charge after reviewing and accepting the listed warnings. Archive removes an open charge from active billing totals while retaining its history.
- Corrections to eligible billing details, such as an NDIS number or invoice contact, refresh open charge readiness without resaving the approved shift.
Payments and NDIA claims
Web app- Record payments and recoveries, and attach receipts or remittance evidence, in the invoice's Payments tab.
- Click a payment history row to view its details and edit eligible manual records, including the amount, date, reference and notes.
- Payment and Recovery controls are clearer, and invoice balances update after supported payment edits.
Shift delivery and reviews
Web + worker app- Group shifts now use the normal clock-in slider before participant attendance actions. Pickups, no-shows, early departures and Undo preserve the worker's clock and active travel.
- Improved review of recorded work and eligible travel after cancellation.
- Office time corrections require a reason and retain the original worker-recorded times. Feedback on returned progress notes is clearer for workers.
Availability, agreements and payroll
Web + worker app- Improved availability time entry and coverage refresh when assigning workers.
- More reliable participant budget selection and agreement alerts, with longer agreement and consent text preserved in PDFs.
- Improved payroll duration precision and shared minimum-payment calculations across adjacent visits and eligible paid cancellations.
