Getting started
Welcome to OneForce Care
How this help center is organised, and where to start.
Last updated · 25 June 2026
OneForce Care brings your whole operation onto one platform: participants, workers, scheduling, service delivery, incidents, intake, and NDIS claiming, all on the same record. This help center walks through every part of it, step by step, with screenshots and a plain-English explanation of every alert you might see.
How this help center is organised
Each area of the platform has its own section in the sidebar. Within a section, guides run in the order you would use them: an overview first, then the day-to-day tasks, then the less common ones. Every guide is written against the live app, so the buttons, fields and messages match what you see on screen.
Two kinds of help
- Guides show you how to complete a task, in numbered steps with annotated screenshots.
- Troubleshooting is a reference for every alert the app can show, what it means, and how to resolve it. When a guide mentions an alert, it links straight to the matching entry.
Tip
New to the platform? Start with the Participants section, since most of your daily work begins with a participant record.
