Archive a participant

Archive a participant who is no longer active. Archiving cannot be undone.

When a participant is no longer active, you can archive them. Open the participant, choose Archive participant at the bottom of the profile, and confirm. They are removed from your active list.

Watch out

Archiving cannot be undone. There is no restore, so only archive a participant you are sure you no longer need active. The record stays in the system for history, but the participant cannot be returned to the active list.
