Organisation settings

Business name, ABN, NDIS registration, address, logo, and catalogue naming.

The Organisation tab holds your business details. The owner, or an admin with Settings access, can edit it.

Business details

  • Business name (required) and your logo (PNG or JPG, up to 500KB).
  • ABN (required, 11 digits), ACN (optional, 9 digits) and NDIS registration number (required).
  • Website (optional) and your address (required, with state).

NDIS catalogue

Choose how support categories are named across the app: Standard NDIS names or PACE names.

Select Save. These details appear on your invoices and claims, so keep them accurate.
