Manage and close incidents

Change status, manage documents and photos, and archive.

Open an incident to update it. You can change its status, edit any field, and manage its documents and photos.

Changing status

  • In the table, open the incident and set its status (Open, Notified or Closed).
  • On the board, drag the card between the Open, Notified and Closed columns.

Documents and photos

On a saved incident, the attached documents and photos appear below the form, where you can add or remove them.

Archiving

Use Archive incident to remove a report from the active list. Archived records are hidden but stay on file.
