Create a participant

Add a new participant and their core details.

A participant record is what their plan, agreements, shifts and claims all hang off, so it is usually the first thing you create.

Open the create form

Go to Participants and select Add participant at the top right. The form opens in a side drawer.

Complete the form

Fields marked with a red asterisk are required; the rest can be added later from the profile. Select Create participant to save, and the new participant appears in the list.

Personal information

  • First name (required)
  • Middle name
  • Last name (required)
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Pronouns
  • Ethnicity
  • Primary language
  • Primary diagnosis

Contact information

  • Email (required)
  • Phone (required)

Coordination

  • Support coordinator assigned?

Address

  • Address (required). If the lookup does not find it, use Enter address manually to set the address and state.

Reference numbers

  • NDIS number (required), 8 to 11 digits
  • Medicare number
  • Centrelink number

Next, open the participant and build out their profile: Edit a participant profile.
