Settings overview

The Account area and its tabs, and which settings are owner or admin only.

Your account and workspace settings live under the avatar menu in the top right. Select it and choose Account .

The Account area has tabs:

  • Account, your own profile.
  • Security, your password and two-factor authentication, plus, for admins, role-based access.
  • Organisation, your business details and NDIS catalogue.
  • Invoicing, the invoice and bank defaults used for billing.
  • Features, optional workspace features.

Some tabs are limited: only the owner, or an admin with Settings access, can change the organisation, invoicing and feature settings. Everyone can manage their own profile and security.
