Notes

Internal notes about the participant, separate from shift progress notes.

The Notes tab is for internal notes about the participant, kept for your team.

The Notes tab with a field to add a note and a list of the participant's internal notes below it.

Type a note in the field at the top and submit it. Each note records who wrote it and when, and you can open a note or delete it from the list.

These are internal coordination and observation notes about the participant. They are separate from the progress notes workers capture against a shift, which live on the shift itself.
