Participants overview

What lives in a participant record, and how the profile is laid out.

Last updated · 25 June 2026

A participant record is the single source of truth for the person you support: their details, NDIS plan and funding, service agreements, consent, goals, risks, contacts and notes. A shift, an invoice, a claim, all link back to it. You will find participants under Participants .

Each row shows the participant’s status, NDIS number, plan end date and funding type. Filter by status or funding, or select a row to open the full profile.
