Participants overview
What lives in a participant record, and how the profile is laid out.
Last updated · 25 June 2026
A participant record is the single source of truth for the person you support: their details, NDIS plan and funding, service agreements, consent, goals, risks, contacts and notes. A shift, an invoice, a claim, all link back to it. You will find participants under Participants .
