Scheduling

Scheduling overview

The three schedule views, navigation, filters, and how shifts are shown.

Last updated · 25 June 2026

Scheduling is where you roster shifts: who supports which participant, when, and against which NDIS support. You will find it under Scheduling .

Three ways to view the roster

The scheduling board, a Monday to Sunday grid with shift cards under each day, plus the view toggle and Add shift button.
  • Board, a Monday to Sunday grid with each shift stacked under its day. Best for seeing the week at a glance.
  • Calendar, an hour-by-hour timeline for a single day.
  • Table, a sortable list of shifts showing Date, Status, Time, Participant and Worker.

Use the week arrows (or Today) to move through dates, and the weekends toggle to show or hide Saturday and Sunday. The table view also has a period selector (This week, Last week, This month, All time).

Filters and the status legend

In the table you can filter by Status, Type (Direct, Group or Intensive support), Participant and Worker. Each shift carries a colour-coded status, explained in Shift statuses.

Adding a shift

Select Add shift to open the create form. See Create a shift.
