Intake stages

What each stage means and how to move an enquiry and set its priority.

An enquiry moves through a pipeline of stages. You set the stage yourself, in any order that fits.

The stages

  • New, just created.
  • Contacted, you have made first contact.
  • Needs Info, you are waiting on more information.
  • Assessment, a formal assessment is under way.
  • Accepted, the person is accepted into your services.
  • Declined, the enquiry did not proceed.

Moving an enquiry

  • On the board, drag a card to a new column.
  • In the table, open the enquiry and change its Pipeline stage.

You can also set a priority (Low, Normal or High) and a next contact date to keep follow-ups on track.
