Worker compliance
Record each credential's expiry and evidence, and read the compliance status.
Last updated · 25 June 2026
The Compliance tab is the credential register for a support worker. Keeping it current is what keeps the worker safe to roster.
The credentials
Each support worker has a row for:
- NDIS worker screening
- Working with Children Check
- Police check
- First aid and CPR
- Driver licence
- Vehicle insurance
For each one you set:
- Expiry, the date it runs out.
- Evidence, a file (PDF, image, Word or text) of the certificate.
- Not required, tick if the item does not apply to this worker, which locks its expiry and evidence.
Watch out
NDIS worker screening cannot be marked “Not required” for a support worker. Every support worker must have a valid screening recorded.
What the statuses mean
Each credential is worked out from its expiry date:
- Current, valid for 30 days or more.
- Expiring, valid but inside 30 days, so it is time to renew.
- Missing, no expiry recorded, or the date has already passed.
The worker’s overall compliance reads as Complete, Partial or Not Set (nothing recorded yet). Separately, any item that is missing, expired or expiring raises its own alert on the worker and in the list’s compliance filter, so you can see at a glance who needs attention before rostering.
Select Save compliance to record your changes.
